This is a functional piece, designed for headphone listening.

Binaural Beats at 4.6hz encourage Theta Brainwaves, which are associated with the disengagement with tasks/tasks becoming automatic, and the influx of inspirational ideas and thoughts.

Resonant (or Coherent) Breathing is a breathwork practice involving breathing at a set tempo, in this case 5bpm, which soothes the autonomic nervous system and induces calm. Different bodies respond better to different tempos, but usually between 4.5 and 7bpm. Best practiced lying down or in seated meditation, breathing into the lower belly.
